"I fix what most companies don't even know is broken."

Brittany Hart

Hi, I’m Brittany Hart—founder of Communiscape and professional communication problem-solver.

I’ve spent my career figuring out how to design communication environments that make excellence systematic.

But let me tell you how I actually got here, because it matters.

My Unconventional Path

My background isn't typical for someone in this space, and that's exactly why my approach works.

My studies started in psychology and biology—understanding how humans actually think, feel, and behave, not how we wish they would. Then I went deep into Industrial Organizational Psychology, studying the systems and structures that make organizations work (or fail spectacularly). Add in an MBA in Strategic Management, and you've got someone who sees the invisible architecture that most people miss.

Oh, and I'm Salesforce-certified across multiple areas (Business Analyst, UX Designer, Sales, Service, Marketing, Admin). So I know technology implementations from the inside—the good, the bad, and the "oh man what were we thinking!"

That combination taught me something most people never connect: Human behavior + Business strategy + Technology systems = The formula for making change actually work.

What Drives Me

I believe deeply that communication is infrastructure, not decoration. It's the foundation everything else is built on. When you get it right, everything becomes easier. Innovation flows. Execution accelerates. People thrive.

I get obsessed with patterns other people don't see. I can walk into an organization and within a few conversations, I'll spot the invisible communication systems that are either enabling success or guaranteeing failure. I see the gaps between what leadership thinks they're communicating and what teams are actually hearing. I notice the breakdown points where brilliant ideas die in translation.

Then I get to redesign those systems. And watch what happens when the environment finally supports the people instead of fighting them.

Working With Me

A few things you should know about working with me:

I'm direct. If your communication environment is broken, I'll tell you. If your strategy won't work, I'll explain why. If you're the problem (it happens), we'll talk about that too. But I'm direct with compassion—the goal is always to make things better, not to make anyone feel bad.

I'm a pattern-matcher. I see connections others miss. Sometimes that means I'll solve a "communication problem" by addressing something that seems completely unrelated. Trust the process—there's a method to pattern-recognition.

I care about results more than activity. I don't measure success by how many workshops I delivered or how pretty the slide deck was. I measure success by adoption rates, engagement scores, business outcomes, and whether your investment actually delivered ROI.

I get genuinely excited about this stuff. Communication architecture fascinates me. I will probably geek out about frameworks and systems design. You've been warned.

Beyond the Business Card

When I'm not architecting communication environments, I'm probably:

• Reading about organizational psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral economics (I can't help it—it all connects to communication)

• Experimenting with new frameworks and methodologies (there's always a better way)

• Speaking at conferences about why communication is the real business problem

• Working with individual leaders to expand their Communiscape

Let's Talk!

I'd love to talk about what's possible when you treat communication as architecture instead of accident.
