Terms of Service

Welcome to Communiscape. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.communiscape.com (“the Site”) and the services, appointment booking or events provided by The Hart Collective, LLC, doing business as Communiscape (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Site, scheduling an appointment, or reserving an event slot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Account Use

By scheduling an appointment or registering for an event, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you create a booking account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

2. Appointments, Event Bookings, and Cancellations

We use a third-party plugin, Amelia, to facilitate scheduling. All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or event reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to an appointment or event, we reserve the right to shorten the duration of your session or cancel it entirely without a refund.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking and any fees paid.
3. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. We do not store financial or credit card information on our servers.
  • Refund Policy: All sales are final, and fees are non-refundable except in instances where we cancel the event or service.
  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our service or event pricing at any time.
4. Code of Conduct for Events and Services

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or remove individuals from live/virtual events if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, dangerous, or violates safety guidelines. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Hart Collective, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site, scheduling software errors, or your attendance at our events/services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific booking in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
